Religious freedom is one of the fundamental human rights that are enshrined both internationally and nationally. All modern States ought, within their internal law, to defend the right of religious freedom in order to preserve the peaceful nature of a modern society. This work has attempted to study the existing literature, to carry out comparative law research and to criticize the current situation linking religious freedom as a supreme and constitutional good and the tax obligation of natural persons that is consistent with their mandatory contribution to public burdens on the basis of their ability to pay and their social role.

Η παρούσα εργασία έχει δύο βασικούς στόχους, έναν γενικό - θεωρητικό και έναν ειδικό -εφαρμοσμένο. Πρώτον, επιθυμεί να επιχειρήσει μια σύντομη επισκόπηση βασικών στοιχείων της σχετικής συζήτησης κάνοντας σύντομη ιστορική αναδρομή και κάνοντας αναφορά σε κεντρικές πρόσφατες σχετικές δημοσιεύσεις. Δεύτερον, επιχειρεί μια πρώτη διερεύνηση της παιδαγωγικής αξιοποίησης της μελέτης της άγνοιας.

This paper examines inscriptions that record land sales, aiming to find out whether and how they can teach us the extent to which the polis intervened in private transactions or even instigated them, and under what circumstances. Studying inscribed records of transactions in real estate contributes to our knowledge of the development of practices of recording and publishing contracts. But examining the evidence of state intervention as it emerges from such records may also contribute to our understanding of the ancient Greeks’ definition of ‘public’ and ‘private’ and of the process leading to the crystallization of these concepts. Of course, definitions of public and private spaces and spheres of activity were not monolithic. They changed over time and may have differed from one polis to another. However, I hope to show that in respect of land sales, public intervention in the private sphere increased over time in several places, so that sharper lines were drawn between these spaces...

In this contribution I tried to analyze the figure of the receptor/receptator, that is the abettor of latrones (but also of others crime), the one who grant them aid and without whom, as Ulpiano and Marciano say, no fugitive can extend his unavailability long (sine quibus latro diutius latere non potest). After a careful etymological analysis of words receptor and fautor, that led to exclude the presence in the sources of typical features of the today's crime of receiving stolen property, I proceeded to examine the passages in which it seem to recognize the first episodes of abetment (Liv. 39.17.3; D. 47.14.3.3 e D. 48.3.6.1). Then I considered the cases recalled in the Severus jurisprudence and by imperial intervention and at last I realized a careful examination of respective titles of the Codex Theodosianus e of the Codex Iustinianus.

Οι συλλογικές διαπραγματεύσεις αποτελούν σημαντικό πεδίο των εργασιακών
σχέσεων και αποτελούν έναν θεσμό που δημιουργήθηκε σε συνέχεια κοινωνικών
αγώνων, ώστε οι όροι και οι συνθήκες εργασίας να ορίζονται μέσα σε ένα πλαίσιο
συλλογικής αυτονομίας. Η αναγκαιότητα των συλλογικών διαπραγματεύσεων και η
σπουδαιότητα που διαδραματίζουν προκύπτουν και κατοχυρώνονται τόσο από
Διεθνείς Συμβάσεις Εργασίας, όσο και από συνταγματικές και νομοθετικές διατάξεις
της εσωτερικής έννομης τάξης, με διαφορετικές ωστόσο προβλέψεις για τον ιδιωτικό
τομέα και τον χώρο της δημόσιας διοίκησης. Στο άρθρο αναλύεται το θεσμικό πλαίσιο
των συλλογικών διαπραγματεύσεων στη δημόσια διοίκηση και γίνεται μια αποτίμηση
της εφαρμογής του εν λόγω θεσμού, με συνεκτίμηση τόσο της διεθνούς εμπειρίας
όσο και της εμπειρίας από τον ιδιωτικό τομέα. Επιδίωξη είναι να διαπιστωθεί εάν
υφίστανται εν τοις πράγμασι συλλογικές διαπραγματεύσεις στη δημόσια διοίκηση ή
εάν αντίθετα το θεσμικό πλαίσιο αποτελεί ουσιαστικά κενό γράμμα. Η ανάλυση
στηρίζεται στην επισκόπηση της νομοθεσίας, της νομολογίας, δημοσίων εγγράφων
καθώς και σε άρθρα και σε εκθέσεις συνδικαλιστικών οργανώσεων που έχουν
μελετήσει την εφαρμογή του θεσμού. Από τη σύνθεση των ανωτέρω προκύπτει ότι ο
θεσμός των συλλογικών διαπραγματεύσεων παραμένει ουσιαστικά ανενεργός και
έχει περιορισμένη εφαρμογή στη δημόσια διοίκηση, παρά την ύπαρξη θεσμικού
πλαισίου και της συνταγματικής κατοχύρωσης του δικαιώματος για δύο περίπου
δεκαετίες, ενώ επίσης δεν υπεισέρχεται στον πυρήνα των εργασιακών σχέσεων, όπως
για παράδειγμα οι αμοιβές. Ως εκ τούτου τίθεται το εύλογο ερώτημα εάν οι
συλλογικές διαπραγματεύσεις στη δημόσια διοίκηση αποτελούν έναν παρωχημένο
πλέον θεσμό που δεν ανταποκρίνεται στις ανάγκες για τις οποίες έχει θεσπιστεί και
παράλληλα επισημαίνονται τα περιθώρια αναβάθμισης του θεσμού.

The paper deals with the pledge in the Gortyn Laws of the 5th century BCE. It demonstrates that the pledge in Gortyn had a possessory character, so it assumed the transfer of ownership of the pledge to the pledgee. The subject of the pledge could be both movable and immovable property. There is neither hypothec nor sale on condition of release in Gortyn law. This fact can be explained by the absence of a land cadastre.

Foreword The topic of abortion in ancient Greece, and particularly in Athens, has been studied at length especially in its medical and social dimensions, but has received less consideration in the more specific legal field. One of the most important contributions in this latter perspective is the paper presented at the 1999 Symposion by Stephen Todd, whose interest was concentrated especially on the difficult and controversial interpretation of the fragments of a lost Lysian speech concerning abortion. The purpose of my paper is to reconsider this issue, obviously taking into account Lysias’ fragments that in fact may represent our main legal source on the topic, and focusing my attention on the possible ways abortion could be handled under a legal perspective. Στο παρόν πόνημα επιχειρείται, αφενός να δοθεί μια σφαιρική εικόνα αναφορικά με την ευρωπαϊκή ψηφιακή πολιτική για την τεχνητή νοημοσύνη, αφετέρου να εξεταστεί η ασφάλεια των προϊόντων που βασίζονται σε αυτήν υπό το πρίσμα της ελαττωματικότητάς τους. Εντός του πλαισίου αυτού, αρχικά παρουσιάζονται οι κύριες ευρωπαϊκές πρωτοβουλίες για την τεχνητή νοημοσύνη, καθώς και μερικοί ορισμοί της όπως αυτοί εμφανίζονται στα επίσημα θεσμικά κείμενα της Ένωσης. Έπειτα, παρατίθενται τα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά της τεχνητής νοημοσύνης, τα οποία επηρεάζουν την ασφάλεια των προϊόντων που βασίζονται σε αυτήν. Τέλος, λαμβάνει χώρα η διερεύνηση της ελαττωματικότητας των προϊόντων, με εστίαση στην αναθεωρημένη πρόταση οδηγία για την ευθύνη λόγω ελαττωματικών προϊόντων (ΟΕΕΠ).

This paper examines the criminal treatment of hate speech and hate crime, which are the primary manifestations of racism and xenophobia, at both European and domestic levels. The analysis focuses on Articles 1(1 (a) and 4 of the Council Framework Decision 2008/913/JHA, which aims to combat certain forms and expressions of racism and xenophobia through criminal law. This framework decision has been incorporated into Greek law by Law No 4285/2014. The analysis aims to determine whether the European Union acted in accordance with the principle of conferral in this area of criminal law and whether the chosen legal tool appropriately exercises its legislative powers. Additionally, the paper explores whether the Greek legislator has fulfilled its obligations as derived from European law, considering the wording, scope of the Framework Decision, and relevant case-law of the ECtHR.

This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of Diodoros Siculus’s account of the Battle of Chaironeia, written ca. 300 years after the events it relates to. Drawing upon Early Hellenistic sources, the first-century Diodoros re-elaborates them according to his own historical and historiographical sensitivity, thus providing modern readers with a true ‘Hellenistic’ perspective on Chaironeia. In so doing, he offers a valuable alternative to the long-lasting Athenocentric paradigm, which has proved crucial in establishing both the ancient and modern views about one of the greatest historiographical myths of the Classical past.

Αυτοεκτίμηση Διαμόρφωση ταυτότητας EIPQ Σύντομες κλίμακες Φοιτητικός πληθυσμός Τις τελευταίες δύο δεκαετίες η ψυχολογική έρευνα φαίνεται να χαρακτηρίζεται από μια διαρκώς αυξανόμενη τάση για χρήση ερωτηματολογίων μικρής έκτασης. Στην παρούσα έρευνα, η οποία εστιάζεται στη μελέτη της προσωπικής ταυτότητας, πραγματοποιήθηκε η διαμόρφωση και ο έλεγχος του EIPQ-SF, μιας σύντομης εκδοχής του εργαλείου EIPQ για τη μέτρηση της ταυτότητας σύμφωνα με το μοντέλο καταστάσεων ταυτότητας του Marcia (κατακτημένη, δοτή, αναστολή/μορατόριουμ και σύγχυση). Τα δεδομένα προήλθαν από 210 φοιτητές/τριες ηλικίας 18-25 ετών. Για την εξαγωγή του EIPQ-SF πραγματοποιήθηκε αρχικά έλεγχος του περιεχομένου των δηλώσεων της πρωτότυπης κλίμακας και στη συνέχεια εφαρμόστηκε διερευνητική και επιβεβαιωτική ανάλυση παραγόντων. Η Άνοια είναι μία από τις μεγαλύτερες προκλήσεις της Δημόσιας Υγείας. Χάρη στην πρόοδο της επιστήμης και στην βελτίωση των συνθηκών ζωής το προσδόκιμο υγείας έχει αυξηθεί και βελτιωθεί σημαντικά. Όσο όμως η ζωή παρατείνεται και η κοινωνία γερνάει, η γήρανση του πληθυσμού έχει ποικίλες οικονομικές και υγειονομικές προεκτάσεις.

This excellent collection of agricultural leases preserved on stone from the ancient Greek world is therefore an important step forward. The brief introduction reviews previous studies of agricultural leases, which have examined documents from single regions only. Pernin divides the documents in her collection into three groups: first, general provisions about leasing a property; second, individual leases to specific individuals; and, third, lists of leases, often found in sacred inventories (27-28). Though leases are mentioned on the horoi from Attica (especially those for leases of orphans' property) and from other poleis and in the literary sources, Pernin does not include these in her study apart from a few brief mentions. This is unfortunate because most of her texts concern leases by poleis and their subdivisions whereas many of the leases mentioned on the horoi and in the literary sources are for private transactions. The corpus contains 259 inscriptions from 20 different poleis. Nineteen are from Athens and Attica (nos 1-19), 80 from Delos, divided into three periods (nos 37-126), 29 from Mylasa (nos 137-65) and 58 from Olymos (nos 166-213).

Il volume è incentrato sulle Tetralogie di Antifonte, sofista e oratore, vissuto ad Atene nel V secolo a.C. Le Tetralogie sono composte da tre casi giudiziari composti ognuno di quattro discorsi: due di accusa alternati a due di difesa. I tre dibattiti sono di carattere penale e riguardano omicidi perpetrati in contesti diversi, pur con un focus comune intorno al problema della responsabilità e della volontarietà delle azioni.
Dopo una prima parte introduttiva sul diritto greco di epoca classica, la seconda parte del volume presenta la traduzione italiana delle tre Tetralogie, corredata dal commento dei singoli passi e seguita da un capitolo finale in cui vengono riesaminati i temi affrontati più rilevanti.
La terza parte del volume si propone di rilevare l’apporto che le Tetralogie hanno dato alla storia del diritto greco antico. Ne emerge un quadro composito e significativo, all’interno del quale l’opera dimostra di custodire una molteplicità di elementi che rimandano al diritto dell’epoca, alla cultura giuridica greca, gettando nuova luce sui diversi fattori che interagivano nel dibattimento giudiziario: l’intreccio di componenti religiosi, retorico-argomentativi, politici, sociali e culturali restituisce un affresco delle dinamiche giudiziarie coeve.
Si tratta, dunque, di un saggio di storia del diritto e uno studio di diritto e letteratura antica, il cui fine è contribuire a unire diritto e retorica a partire dalla comune origine greca.

El volumen se centra en la obra Tetralogías de Antifonte, sofista y orador, que vivió en Atenas en el siglo V a.C. Las Tetralogías se componen de tres casos judiciales y cada uno consta de cuatro discursos: dos de acusación alternados con dos de defensa. Los tres debates son de naturaleza penal y versan sobre homicidios perpetrados en diferentes contextos, aunque con un enfoque común alrededor del problema de la responsabilidad y de la voluntariedad de las acciones. 
Después de una primera parte introductoria sobre el derecho griego clásico, la segunda parte del volumen presenta la traducción al italiano de las tres Tetralogías junto con una serie de comentarios sobre los pasajes individuales y un capítulo final en el que se reexaminan los temas más relevantes. 
La tercera parte del volumen pretende resaltar la contribución de las Tetralogías a la historia del derecho griego antiguo. Surge un cuadro compuesto y significativo, dentro del cual la obra proporciona una multiplicidad de elementos que remiten al derecho y a la cultura jurídica griega, arrojando nueva luz sobre los diversos factores que interactuaban en los juicios, reflejando así un fresco de la dinámica judicial de la época a través del entrelazamiento de componentes religiosos, retórico-argumentativos, políticos, sociales y culturales.
Se trata, por tanto, de un ensayo de historia del derecho y de un estudio de derecho y literatura antigua, cuyo propósito es unir derecho y retórica a partir del común origen griego.

This paper expands and updates analyses that preceded the pandemic, while adapting analytical conclusions from data drawn from surveys conducted during the pandemic crisis in Greece and Cyprus. On the basis of these surveys, we observe the confirmation and recreation of old and the emergence of new 'regimes of exception', i.e. authoritarian regimes of surveillance and derogations from the respect of rights at European borders and inland. The Euro-Mediterranean states on the south-western (Portugal, Spain and colonial enclaves in North Africa), south-central (France, Italy and Malta) and south-eastern borders of the EU have unleashed massive land, sea and air refoulements, as well as new forms of internment and detention which means de facto imprisonment and deportations of informal migrants and refugees.
However, this is not, as is usually claimed, happening in societies that have suddenly come face to face with migrants and refugees, since we are no longer living not just in 'migrant societies' or 'societies of migration', but in post-migrant societies, which have been radically changed as a result of the presence of migrants. The political, cultural and social transformations that have taken place are such and such that society at large can be described as being structured by the experience of migration. By 2020 the world is very different from the pre-pandemic era. It is also true that we cannot know how permanent and how profound these changes will be or whether they will eventually be reversed, just as we do not know the direction the post-pandemic world will eventually take. Indeed, a major socio-political transformation has begun due to an 'exogenous' factor. At the global level, the pandemic crisis of Covid-19 has managed, even if only temporarily, to put the brakes on global mobility. Of course, before the pandemic crisis, we could not have imagined either the scale or the depth of the panic and the global emergency by invoking a risk emanating from what we had termed 'equilibrium' or 'miasmic deviance'. Many critical analysts from the beginning of the pandemic crisis, in 2020, have questioned whether we would return to the previous situation when all restrictions are finally lifted and have stressed that the new 'normality' will be different from the one we knew. After all, the terms of this 'normality' are still being shaped.
From the beginning of the pandemic, after a delay due to embarrassment and political inefficiency, pandemic exemption status was imposed on all the countries of Europe, including Greece and Cyprus. The measures imposed and the sequence that followed demonstrated that the conservative-right governments of Greece and Cyprus are communicating vessels in targeting, criminalizing, expelling, illegally pushing back, and generally creating a hostile environment against migrants and refugees.

Το κείμενο αυτό επεκτείνει και επικαιροποιεί αναλύσεις που προηγήθηκαν της πανδημίας, ενώ προσαρμόζει τα αναλυτικά συμπεράσματα από δεδομένα που αντλεί από έρευνες που διεξάγονται κατά τη διάρκεια της πανδημικής κρίσης στην Ελλάδα και την Κύπρο. Στη βάση των ερευνών αυτών, παρατηρούμε την επιβεβαίωση και αναδημιουργία παλαιών και την εμφάνιση νέων «καθεστώτων εξαίρεσης», δηλαδή αυταρχικών καθεστώτων επιτήρησης και παρεκκλίσεων ως προς τον σεβασμό δικαιωμάτων στα ευρωπαϊκά σύνορα και την ενδοχώρα. Τα ευρωμεσογειακά κράτη στα νοτιοδυτικά σύνορα της ΕΕ (Πορτογαλία, Ισπανία και αποικιακοί θύλακες στη Βόρεια Αφρική), στα νοτιοκεντρικά (Γαλλία, Ιταλία και Μάλτα) και στα νοτιοανατολικά σύνορα της ΕΕ έχουν εξαπολύσει μαζικές επαναπροωθήσεις διά ξηράς, θαλάσσης και αέρος, καθώς και νέες μορφές εγκλεισμών και κρατήσεων που σημαίνει de facto φυλάκιση και απελάσεις άτυπων μεταναστών και προσφύγων.
Αυτά όμως δεν συμβαίνουν, όπως προβάλλεται συνήθως, σε κοινωνίες που αίφνης ήρθαν αντιμέτωπες με μετανάστες και πρόσφυγες, εφόσον ζούμε πλέον όχι απλά σε «μεταναστευτικές κοινωνίες» ή «κοινωνίες της μετανάστευσης», αλλά σε κοινωνίες μετά τη μετανάστευση (post-migrant society), οι οποίες έχουν αλλάξει ριζικά ως αποτέλεσμα της παρουσίας των μεταναστών. Οι πολιτικοί, πολιτισμικοί και κοινωνικοί μετασχηματισμοί που έχουν συντελεστεί είναι τέτοιοι και τόσοι που η κοινωνία σε όλο τα φάσμα της μπορεί να περιγράφει ως δομημένη από την εμπειρία της μετανάστευσης. Είναι αλήθεια ότι από το 2020 ο κόσμος διαφέρει σημαντικά από την προ της πανδημίας εποχή. Είναι επίσης αλήθεια ότι δεν μπορούμε να ξέρουμε πόσο μόνιμες και πόσο βαθιές θα είναι οι μεταβολές αυτές ή αν τελικά ανατραπούν, όπως επίσης δεν γνωρίζουμε την κατεύθυνση που θα πάρει τελικά ο μετα-πανδημικός κόσμος. Έχει ξεκινήσει μάλιστα ένας σημαντικός κοινωνικοπολιτικός μετασχηματισμός λόγω ενός «εξωγενούς» παράγοντα. Σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο, η πανδημική κρίση της Covid-19 κατάφερε, έστω προσωρινά, να φρενάρει την παγκόσμια κινητικότητα . Ασφαλώς, πριν την πανδημική κρίση δεν θα μπορούσαμε να φανταστούμε ούτε την κλίμακα, ούτε το βάθος του πανικού και την παγκόσμια κατάσταση έκτακτης ανάγκης με επίκληση ενός κινδύνου προερχόμενου από αυτό που είχαμε χαρακτηρίσει ως «μιασματική» ή «μολυσματική απόκλιση». Πολλοί κριτικοί αναλυτές από την αρχή της πανδημικής κρίσης, το 2020, αμφισβητούσαν ότι θα επιστρέψουμε στην πρότερη κατάσταση όταν τελικά θα αρθούν όλοι οι περιορισμοί και τόνιζαν ότι η νέα «κανονικότητα» θα διαφέρει από αυτή που γνωρίζαμε. Εξάλλου, οι όροι αυτής της «κανονικότητας» είναι υπό διαμόρφωση.
Από την αρχή της πανδημίας, μετά από μια καθυστέρηση λόγω αμηχανίας και πολιτικής αναποτελεσματικότητας, επιβλήθηκε το πανδημικό καθεστώς εξαίρεσης σε όλες τις χώρες της Ευρώπης, περιλαμβανομένης της Ελλάδας και της Κύπρου. Τα μέτρα που επιβλήθηκαν και η σειρά που ακολούθησαν κατέδειξαν ότι οι συντηρητικές-δεξιές κυβερνήσεις της Ελλάδας και της Κύπρου είναι συγκοινωνούντα δοχεία. Ή δε στόχευση και αρνητική επίδραση στους μετανάστες και πρόσφυγες.

Ένα από τα πιο ενδιαφέροντα σημεία της σμιττιανής ανάλυσης, ανεξάρτητα από το πως κρίνει κανείς το έργο και τη συνολική διαδρομή του Schmitt, είναι η εξής διαπίστωση: απαιτείται μια προσέγγιση του διακρατικού ανταγωνισμού εξ αρχής, και όχι εκ των υστέρων, όσον αφορά τα ζητήματα πολιτικής θεμελίωσης των κρατών στη νεωτερικότητα, άρα και ως προς τη μελέτη της συγκρότησης τής κυριαρχίας στο εσωτερικό των κρατών.
Στο έργο του Στεριά και Θάλασσα [Land und Meer, 1942]2 και στη συνέχεια στο Νόμο της Γης [Der Nomos Der Erde, 1950],3 ο Schmitt εκκινεί από την πρώτη ανάλυση, προκειμένου να σχηματίσει την δεύτερη. Αυτή η μεθοδολογική επιλογή, συγκροτεί μια συγκεκριμένη οπτική (κυριολεκτικά) θέασης των πολιτικών πραγμάτων της νεωτερικότητας σε παγκόσμια κλίμακα, αναζητώντας τα κάθε φορά συγκεκριμένα υποκείμενα της κυριαρχίας στο εσωτερικό και το εξωτερικό. Με αυτόν τον τρόπο, δύναται να μελετά την άνοδο και την πτώση πολιτικών μορφών που γίνονται τα νέα υποδείγματα εσωτερικής κυριαρχίας επειδή τα κράτη που τις ενσαρκώνουν κυριαρχούν στο διακρατικό ανταγωνισμό, και αντιστρόφως, την άνοδο και την πτώση των κρατών που καταφέρνουν να επικρατήσουν στο διακρατικό ανταγωνισμό επειδή μετέβαλλαν έγκαιρα την εσωτερική τους δομή και τον τρόπο θέασης του εαυτού τους, προς την «σωστή» (για τα ίδια) κατεύθυνση. Με αυτόν τον τρόπο, ο Schmitt είναι ικανός να σκιαγραφήσει με μεγάλη ακρίβεια ένα σημαντικό μέρος των όρων διαμόρφωσης της νεωτερικότητας, τουλάχιστον αυτών που μπορούν να αναχθούν σε σχέσεις φίλου-εχθρού.

ABSTRACTThis article looks to Attic comedy to explain Socrates’ first argument in Plato's Hippias Major: his refutation of Hippias’ claim that the Beautiful is a beautiful girl. As part of his argument, Socrates introduces three examples of beautiful things—a mare (θήλεια ἵππος), a lyre (λύρα) and a pot (χύτρα)—all of which are used in comedy as metaphorical obscenities for sexualized women. The author contends that an erotic reading of the text accomplishes what no other interpretation can: (1) a unified account of the passage that (2) allows for Socrates’ successful refutation of (3) a proposal in keeping with Hippias’ character. In addition, it explains (4) Socrates’ choice of examples—in particular, the rarely cited χύτρα—and (5) Hippias’ otherwise inexplicable reaction to the χύτρα, as well as (6) the analogous relationship of monkeys and men to pots and girls.

Αντικείμενο της μελέτης είναι οι τόποι στους οποίους έλαβαν χώρα οι Εθνοσυνελεύσεις του Εικοσιένα. Στόχος είναι να διερευνηθεί εάν και ποια ήταν η ιδιαίτερη σημασία που είχαν στα γεγονότα που υποδέχτηκαν.
Η έρευνα βασίζεται σε απομνημονεύματα και ιστορικές καταγραφές, που αν και εστιάζουν στα γεγονότα καθεαυτά, εμπεριέχουν νύξεις για τη μορφή του χώρου ή και πιο γλαφυρές περιγραφές. Από αυτό το υλικό, σε συνδυασμό με γκραβούρες, σχέδια,  και αποτυπώσεις, μπορούμε, μαζί βεβαίως με κάποιες υποθέσεις, να αποκτήσουμε μια εικόνα για το που διαδραματίστηκαν τα κομβικά αυτά γεγονότα
Στην περιγραφή του χώρου κάθε εθνοσυνέλευσης καταγράφεται συνοπτικά το ιστορικό πλαίσιο, τα γεωγραφικά δεδομένα και τα συχνά εύλογα διακυβεύματα που υπέβοσκαν πίσω από την επιλογή του τόπου διεξαγωγής. Τέλος περιγράφονται τα ιδιαίτερα αρχιτεκτονικά τους γνωρίσματα, αν και δεν σχεδιάστηκαν αμιγώς ως αρχιτεκτονικά έργα. Ωστόσο, μέσα από τυχαίες αποφάσεις σχετικά με την κλίμακα και τη διάταξη του χώρου, είναι δυνατόν να διαφανούν λανθάνουσες πεποιθήσεις ή νοοτροπίες και να αναδειχτούν ευρύτερα ζητήματα, τα οποία παρουσιάζονται στο τέλος της εισήγησης.

Introduction: Pressure Ulcers (PU) are a major problem in public health because they increase the morbidity and amount of care required and, at the same time, deprive individuals of their autonomy and independence. In the current era of technological advancement, new methods of health provision need to be developed and evaluated. This investigational study examines the validation of a Mobile Application (MA) which supports the Informal Caregiver (IC), in preventing PU of bedridden people within the community.
Method and Materials: The validation control is divided into two (2) phases. In the first phase, the MA was evaluated by nine (9) experts who examined the Content Validity, whilst in the second phase, the Face Validity was evaluated by fifteen (15) IC.
Results: Testing the validity of the MA, the specialist participants of the study evaluated the content as superior material (SAM=84.09%) whilst the Technological Validity was considered to be acceptable (S-CVI/UA = 0.42; S-CVI/Ave = 0.83). The Validity of Clarity was also considered acceptable by the IC (S-CVI/Ave 0.83) who also revealed a high intention in using the MA as shown by the Ease-of-Use scale (91.7%±2.6%) and the Utility-scale (89.3%±4.2%).
Conclusions: The creation of a MA was attempted, to support the knowledge of IC, so that they are better able to promote the quality of life of the patient in a technologically functional framework. The MA has been validated both for its Content Validity and for its Face Validity. Further research, however, on the evaluation of MA in practice, is highly recommended.

It has become a commonplace among students of the cultural aspects of astronomies that different kinds of astronomies are practiced in different cultures.  Drawing on astronomies found in a wide range of cultures, I examine a number of these astronomies, employing a number of taxonomic elements to define their significant differences both as to purpose and to scientific content.  The differences in scientific content relate both to the different kinds of astronomical phenomena these astronomies consider, the different observational and calculating techniques, and the different theoretical frameworks they use to make these phenomena meaningful.
I suggest using  the differences among these astronomies to address a problem which has vexed anthropologists, historians, and philosophers of science for some time, the problem of cultural relativism and the social construction of knowledge.  The existence of different astronomies which have developed in different cultures, that nonetheless deal with what has, in many cultures, become the most precise kind of objective knowledge offers a way out of the false dilemma between that extreme form of cultural relativism, in which all knowledge is relative, and an extreme objectivist philosophy of science, in which there is only one kind of science that can lead to true statements about the observed world.

Az intelligens („okos") szerződésekre nincs egységes, általános elfogadott definíció, azonban ha bármilyen fogalmi meghatározást is kívánunk adni, az automatizált végrehajtási mód mindegyikben szerepel. Egyetértek Varsányi Károly megfogalmazásával, amely alapján olyan elektronikus formában létrejött szerződésről beszélhetünk, ahol a jogok és kötelezettségek az elektronikus szerződésben szigorúan meghatározott digitális tranzakciók megfelelő sorrendben történő megvalósulása - és bizonyos körülmények között további feltételek teljesülése - esetén automatikusan lépnek életbe. Teljes egészében vagy részben elektronikus formában megkötött megállapodás, amely automatizálható és végrehajtható a számítógépes kóddal, bár egyes részek emberi bemeneti és irányítási ellenőrzést igényelhetnek, és szintén végrehajthatók a szokásos jogi módszerekkel vagy mindkettő keverékével.
Jelen tanulmány két fő kérdéskört kíván vizsgálni. Egyrészt áttekintést kíván adni az automata ügyletek és az ügyleti akarat közötti viszonyra vonatkozóan a hatályos magyar polgári jogban, majd az automatizált ügyletekből, a második részben áttérünk az automatizált okosszerződések vizsgálatára és azok alkalmazásra során fellépő egyes kötelmi jogi kihívásokra.

Στην εποχή του λεγόμενου «ρυθμιστικού δικαίου», την οποία διανύουμε, η ζεύξη ανάμεσα στην παρέμβαση του νομοθέτη και το ιδιωτικό δίκαιο είναι συνεχής. Αυτό αναζωπύρωσε διεθνώς μία διαρκή συζήτηση για την σχέση, αλλά και την σημασία διατήρησης της κλασσικής διχοτόμησης του δικαίου ανάμεσα σε δημόσιο και ιδιωτικό. Αυτή η συζήτηση ερείδεται με τη σειρά της σε μία εξίσου κλασσική αναζήτηση για τη λειτουργία του δημοσίου συμφέροντος εντός του πεδίου του ιδιωτικού δικαίου. Η παρούσα μελέτη αφορμάται από μία απόφαση της Ολομέλειας του Συμβουλίου της Επικρατείας στο πεδίο του Δικαίου
της Ενέργειας. Από εκεί και τους πλείστους σχετικούς προβληματισμούς του ίδιου του δικαστηρίου επιχειρείται να ξετυλιχτεί
το κουβάρι των επιχειρημάτων και αντεπιχειρημάτων, θέσεων και αντιθέσεων που συγκροτούν τη μακρά αυτή συζήτηση, η οποία τελικά εκτυλίσσεται ως μία αναζήτηση για την ιδιαιτερότητα αυτού που ονομάζουμε ιδιωτικό δίκαιο σήμερα.
